03 September 2023 (Sunday) - deadline for submitting applications to CLC Heads of Sections by students who wish to take the re-take foreign language exam. Applications should be sent only by students who DID NOT participate in the first attempt (June 2023). Note!
- As of the 2022/2023 winter exam session, there is no obligation to register for the course-completing exam using the eKursy platform.
- The foreign language exam consists of two parts: written and oral. To receive a grade for the exam, students must take both parts of the exam within the same exam session (first-attempt or retake). If a student does not attend one or both parts of the exam, the ABSENT note will be entered in the USOS/ eProto system.
- In accordance with the Study Rules and Regulations, if a student justifies his/her absence within 7 days from the date of the exam, he/she is entitled to an additional date. The additional date may not be set later than two weeks after the beginning of the next semester. It extends the registration period. A relevant official note should be delivered to CLC Heads of Sections (by e-mail or in paper form).

A detailed exam schedule specifying rooms where the written and oral parts of the exam will be held as well as the date and approximate time of the oral part of the exam will be published on the CLC website in the last week ofAugust. Students will be informed about the publication by e-mail.
